The "3 S’s" Approach for Inner Transformation
Mira's "3 S’s" Approach stands for Solitude, Silence, and Stillness. These components are crucial because they are designed to unplug you from your existing environment, which has conditioned your current personality. Essentially, our personality consists of how we feel, how we think, and how we act. Every morning, when you wake up, your senses plug you back into this three-dimensional reality, causing your body to create the same chemistry and your mind to think the same thoughts, which lead to the same actions and experiences. This happens on autopilot, repeating the same unconscious patterns based on the same stimuli coming through your five senses (same places, same faces, same devices, same inbound information, etc.).
To remove inefficient patterns, we must first become conscious of them. Mira encourages you to dive into Solitude, Silence, and Stillness to unplug from your environment, reducing the amount of normal stimuli that maintain redundant patterns, and allowing you to learn the existing content of your mind.
