These terms are intended to provide clarity,
transparency, and mutual understanding for all participants.

Best Education Choice provides spaces for exploration
inspired by the perspective of Yoga Beyond the Mat.
Programs and experiences may include:
• one-on-one exploration sessions
• Emotional Intelligence Camps
• educational discussions and reflection
• retreats or village-based exploration
• collaborative experiences
These offerings are intended for educational and
personal exploration purposes only.
They are not therapy, medical treatment, psychological
counseling, legal advice, or financial advice.
Participants are responsible for their own
interpretations, decisions, and actions.
2.
Voluntary Participation
Participation in any Best Education Choice program is
voluntary.
By submitting an application and completing payment,
participants confirm that they are choosing to participate of their own free
will and accept responsibility for their participation.
Participants under the age of 18 may participate only
with the consent and application of a parent or legal guardian.
3.
Investment and Payments
Unless otherwise stated, participation in Best
Education Choice exploration formats is offered at a standard investment of
$555 USD.
Payment must be completed when submitting the
application.
Participation is confirmed only once payment has been
successfully processed.
4.
Non-Refund Policy
All payments made to Best Education Choice are final
and non-refundable.
Due to the preparation and organization required to
create exploration spaces and group sessions, refunds cannot be issued once
payment has been completed.
If scheduling adjustments are necessary, Best Education
Choice may attempt to accommodate reasonable changes where possible.

Scheduling
Program schedules, group sessions, and exploration
formats may vary depending on participant availability and organizational
needs.
Best Education Choice reserves the right to adjust
schedules when necessary to provide the best possible experience.
6.
Personal Responsibility
Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for
their own physical, emotional, and psychological well-being during and after
participation in any Best Education Choice offering.
Any suggested exercises, practices, or activities are
voluntary.
Participants agree to use their own judgment when
choosing whether or how to participate.
Participants understand that their results, insights,
and experiences will vary and that no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
7.
Media and Photography Consent
During programs, sessions, or events, photographs or
video recordings may occasionally be taken for the purpose of documenting and
sharing the work of Best Education Choice.
By agreeing to these Terms, participants grant
permission for Best Education Choice to use images or recordings in which they
may appear for purposes including:
• website content
• social media
• educational materials
• program promotion
If a participant does not wish to appear in photographs
or recordings, they must notify Best Education Choice in writing before the
beginning of the program.
Best Education Choice will make reasonable efforts to
respect such requests.

Travel and Village Stay Disclaimer
Some exploration formats may involve travel or stays in
the founder’s home village in Ukraine.
Participants understand that accommodations may be
simple and nature-oriented.
Participants are responsible for:
• their own travel arrangements
• visas or documentation if required
• personal health insurance
• personal belongings and safety
Best Education Choice is not responsible for
circumstances outside its control, including travel disruptions, accidents, or
personal incidents.

Intellectual Property
All written materials, teachings, methodologies, and
program structures shared through Best Education Choice remain the intellectual
property of Best Education Choice unless otherwise stated.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly
share these materials without permission.

Privacy Policy
Best Education Choice respects your privacy and is
committed to protecting your personal information.
Information collected through application forms may
include:
• name
• age
• contact details
• location
• responses to application questions
This information is used only to:
• review and process applications
• organize participation in programs
• communicate with participants
• improve services
Personal information will not be sold or shared with
third parties, except when required by law or when necessary to process secure
payments.
Payments are processed through secure third-party
payment providers. Best Education Choice does not store payment card
information.

Information shared through Best Education Choice —
including conversations, programs, written materials, or online content —
reflects personal perspectives, experiences, and observations of the founder.
These perspectives are offered as invitations for
exploration and reflection.
Participants are responsible for how they interpret and
apply any ideas shared through the platform.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Education
Choice and its founder shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages arising from:
• participation in programs

• personal decisions made by participants
Participation in Best Education Choice offerings is
undertaken at the participant’s own discretion and responsibility.
