1. Services: Best Education Choice Inc. provides programs for mind, body, and soul, aimed at the evolution of human consciousness. These services are outlined on our website and are subject to the terms and conditions herein.

2. Fees: Fees for our programs must be paid in full 7 days prior to the program's commencement and are non-refundable. Late payments may result in the suspension of services. For retreats and workshops, which require accommodation arrangements, - the non-refundable deposit of 50% from the total cost must be paid 45 days prior to the beginning of the program.

All the fees are in USD.

3. Program Details: Program details, including schedules and content, are outlined on our website and may be subject to change. Best Education Choice Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

4. Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own well-being during and after the programs. Best Education Choice Inc. is not responsible for any side effects, whether physical, mental, or emotional.

5. Intellectual Property: All materials, curriculum, or intellectual property provided by Best Education Choice Inc. remain the exclusive property of the company and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

6. Confidentiality: Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the programs.

7. Limitation of Liability: Best Education Choice Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada.

9. Changes to Terms: Best Education Choice Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
